The one saving grace in this never-ending winter is that it is already Spring in our store! Each day we open boxes and boxes of summery dresses, brightly colored tops, and lots of new, clean and fresh denim and pretend we are headed on a trip to somewhere warm and tropical. It really helps when it is so snowy and slushy outside!
Yesterday, we received great new dresses and tops in geometrical prints by Velvet. Black and white prints are definitely hip this Spring and Velvet uses these fabrics for their designs to create a classy and sophisticated look.
Language LA’s newest collection also arrived in a beautiful array of island-inspired prints and colors. (I know one of their tops in beautiful shades of pinks and another in a vivid electric blue are going to sell-out quickly!)
We have also received new denim from Seven for All Mankind, Paige, and Joe’s Jeans. (Our White denim by Seven and Citizens arrived a week or so ago!)
Today we are hanging and steaming more dresses by BCBG and they look amazing! If you need a dess this Spring, we have a great assortment of styles and colors ranging from casual to very dressy.
Some of my other new favorites this month are great little hooded short sleeve jackets by 525America and For Joseph, white eyelet swing tops by Ella Moss, funky printed short dresses and camis by Free People, and our beaded sandals by Yellow Box.
For our up-dated, looser fitting clothing lines, printed tops by Glima, Tencel pieces by Tianello, and brightly colored tops by AllenAllen have been bestsellers this month.

After the wonderful success and complete sell-through of our first two exclusive candles “Manch Vegas” and “Smells Wicked Good”, we have recently created a third exclusive candle called “Bedford Babe” with a scent of “Sugar & Spice”. We received this candle, along with a re-fill order of our other popular scents, last week and we’ve already had a great response…and a lot of laughs!
